This website is published by Community Catalysts, a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Howell, Michigan. It exists to share our mission, our housing work, and ways to get involved. Community Catalysts serves as a catalyst and partner on housing projects — funding gaps, advising, and working alongside developers, municipalities, and community partners.
Content on this site is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or housing-eligibility advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship. Project details, timelines, availability, and program requirements can change; please contact us to confirm anything you plan to rely on.
